Healing Happens When We Allow Others to Walk Beside Us

Every person has a story worth understanding. Sometimes life moves so quickly that we do not have the opportunity to slow down, make sense of our experiences, or give ourselves the same compassion we offer others. Therapy can provide a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked along the way.

My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to show up exactly as you are. Whether you are working through a difficult experience, navigating a life transition, or looking to better understand yourself, I strive to meet you where you are and adapt to what you need in the moment. I believe that feeling genuinely heard, understood, and accepted is an important part of the healing process.

I can support you in the following areas:

  • Depression and Anxiety
  • Stress, Burnout, and Life Transitions
  • Emotional Regulation
  • Self-Esteem and Self-Understanding
  • Relational Challenges
  • Autism and Neurodivergence

I use a hybrid approach using the following treatment models:

  • Person-Centred Therapy
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
  • Strengths-Based Approach
  • Trauma-Informed Care
